Nearly a decade has passed since that fateful day, and Karen has most certainly made every moment count. She now leads her own team – The Elmir Group – and is growing her firm from the rock-solid relationships she’s made throughout the South Florida market.

She became the top producer for Epic, and within just three years of entering the real estate field, she facilitated a 20-unit bulk sale in the building which also broke all previous price per square foot records.

A couple of years later, after contributing to the full sell out of Epic, Karen turned in similar
performances at Grove at Grand Bay. She again broke records by selling the lower penthouse (pre-construction) for a staggering $1,300 per square foot.
